    • Reach/target/safety school list, sized to the applicant pool realities

    • Application timeline mapped to centralized app system deadlines

    • One round of personal statement feedback

    • Financial aid / cost-of-attendance briefing, including debt-to-earning-potential context specific to the student’s field

  • Investment: $7500

    Hands-on partnership through the full application cycle.

    • Everything in Pathfinder, plus:

    • Unlimited essay/personal statement revisions through final draft

    • Secondary/supplemental application strategy and editing

    • Mock interview sessions (format matched to the vertical — MMI-style for med/DVM, panel-style for dental/PA)

    • Letter of recommendation strategy and committee-letter coordination where applicable

    • Direct check-ins at each major decision point (school list lock, submission, interview invites)

  • Investment: $12,000

    Full white-glove service, single point of contact from first call through enrollment decision.

    • Everything in Navigator, plus:

    • Direct advocacy with target programs where available

    • Waitlist and reapplication strategy if needed

    • Financial aid award negotiation support

    • Gap-year or credential-strengthening plan if a cycle doesn't land

    • Post-acceptance decision support (comparing offers, program quality red flags, first-year prep)

  • Investment: $350 per hour

    Flexible, expert advice on transfer options, etc. on an hourly basis.

    Please note that our clients usually spend 15 hours or more with us which makes the package rates more cost effective.
